On February 14th 2023, Greenpeace entrusted Globos Boreal to carry out its peculiar action for Valentine’s Day with its campaign “MAKE LOVE, NOT MACROGRANJAS” which translates into “MAKE LOVE, NOT FACTORY FARMS“.

We flew our blue balloon with tailor-made banners for the occasion.

An event of these characteristics requires several weeks of planning. First of all, we need to check the feasibility of the flight location, it must not be a restricted area for flights and that the weather is favorable at the time we want to fly. For example, we cannot fly in coastal areas where it is often windy. Once the project is approved, the manufacture of the banners is commissioned to the factory and it usually takes 2 or 3 weeks. When we already have the banners, we put them on the balloon and we are ready to fly.
