Probably the place where the most hot air balloon rides take place every year.

Every day around 100 balloons take off at dawn around Goreme to fly over some rock formations that erosion has been sculpting for centuries. From the balloon you can also see dovecotes, troglodyte cities carved in stone and churches of the first Christian communities that populated these valleys.
